[artocon-payment-access-v1]<p>When your service account is in good standing, authorised users may use the ARTOCON CMS admin panel to manage website content, publish updates, view analytics, generate reports, and access module update tools made available under your service plan.</p><p>If a renewal or maintenance payment becomes overdue, we may temporarily limit certain CMS features until the outstanding balance is cleared. This is a standard and reasonable measure to keep service delivery fair and sustainable for all clients.</p>

[artocon-payment-access-v1]<p>While an overdue balance remains, the following client CMS features may be paused:</p><ul><li>Editing pages, gallery items, products, and services</li><li>Publishing or changing live content status</li><li>Generating or exporting admin reports</li><li>Viewing analytics and performance metrics</li><li>Accessing the module and update panel</li></ul><p>Your public website may continue to remain online during this period, subject to hosting and domain status. The dashboard and payments section will generally remain available so you can review account details and settle dues.</p>

[artocon-payment-access-v1]<p>Once overdue payments are received and your account returns to good standing with no outstanding dues, full CMS access is restored for authorised client users. Access changes may take a short time to apply after payment confirmation.</p><p>We encourage timely renewals to avoid interruption. If you believe a restriction was applied in error, please contact us through your usual support channel and we will review your account promptly and courteously.</p>

[artocon-ip-ownership-v1]<p>You retain full ownership of all business content you provide or upload, including:</p><ul><li>Text, logos, images, videos, and documents</li><li>Product and service information</li><li>Blog posts and marketing content</li><li>Enquiries, leads, and customer data generated through your website</li><li>Your domain name, if purchased in your name</li></ul><p>On request, and subject to your account standing, this content may be exported for you in common formats such as HTML, CSV, Excel, PDF, or media files.</p>

[artocon-ip-ownership-v1]<p>The following remain the exclusive property of Arto Creative Studio:</p><ul><li>ARTOCON CMS platform and core software</li><li>Source code, PHP files, and software architecture</li><li>Admin panel, frameworks, modules, plugins, and APIs</li><li>Theme engine, SEO engine, automation systems, and database structures</li><li>Any custom modules or proprietary technology developed for the platform</li></ul><p>During your active service period, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website and CMS for your business only. This is a license to use — not a transfer of software ownership.</p>

[artocon-ip-ownership-v1]<p>If your service ends or is terminated, you may request a copy of your website content, media files, and business data. We may provide these in exportable formats where applicable.</p><p><strong>Important:</strong> Standard handover includes your content and business data only. Source code, backend systems, CMS core files, admin systems, modules, plugins, APIs, and other proprietary software are not included unless separately agreed in writing.</p><p>Copying, duplicating, redistributing, or reselling the CMS or its components without written permission is not allowed.</p>

[artocon-ip-ownership-v1]<p>Transfer of source code ownership may be available only under a separate written agreement and one-time buyout fee set by Arto Creative Studio.</p><p>Where offered, source code buyout typically costs more than ₹1,50,000 (one lakh fifty thousand rupees), depending on scope, customization, and platform components involved.</p>
